Principles to a healthy body of Christ:

  1. Sometimes we need to share our burdens with others. Sometimes we need to help others carry their burdens.
  2. We need to be ready for some spiritual weight lifting. God never allows more than we can handle, he will never leave us alone with our burdens. 

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).
